З 1 листопада 2024 року перевізники, які здійснюють міжнародні вантажні перевезення територією Польщі, повинні обов'язково реєструвати свої рейси у системі SENT.
Кожен перевізник, що виконує перевезення до Польщі або транзитом через неї, має зареєструвати рейс у системі SENT та отримати Зголошення з унікальним номером, дійсним протягом 10 днів. Реєстрація обов'язкова незалежно від маси транспортного засобу (до чи більше 3,5 тон).
Після реєстрації водію, який здійснює перевезення, потрібно надати номер Зголошення. Відсутність цього номера може спричинити штраф: 12 000 злотих для перевізника та 2000 злотих для водія.
Щоб здійснювати перевезення, перевізник створює особистий кабінет у системі SENT (система доступна англійською та польською мовами). Для реєстрації кожного рейсу (вибір RMPD-100) потрібно вказати таку інформацію:
- Дані перевізника (ім'я, прізвище, адреса проживання або юридична адреса, ідентифікаційний або податковий номер).
- Ідентифікаційний податковий номер іноземної особи для цілей оподаткування.
- Відомості про відправника вантажу (ім'я, адреса).
- Дані одержувача вантажу.
- Заплановане місце та дата початку перевезення в Польщі.
- Місце та дата завершення транспортування в Польщі (до 10 днів з моменту реєстрації).
- Країна завантаження та розвантаження.
- Номер транспортного документа, що супроводжує вантаж.
- Номер дозволу на перевезення або підстави для звільнення від обов'язку наявності дозволу.
- Реєстраційні номери транспортних засобів, які використовуються для перевезення.
- Номер GPS-трекера, що відповідає вимогам закону про моніторинг вантажних перевезень.
Ця процедура є обов’язковою для всіх, хто здійснює вантажні перевезення територією Польщі.
